FOOD PLANT and BAKERY SPRAY CLEANER
|WHAT IT DOES:
A light blue color-coded powder formulated for the spray washing of baking pans, ham molds, potato chip cans and other equipment. Its non-foaming character assures maximum wash pressure for single-pass washing. Handi-Clean Ex can also be used in soaker tanks to clean most metal equipment.
A safe, general purpose material for most cleaning operations in the food, meat and bakery industry.
|WHAT IT IS:
A foam controlled, odorless, mildly alkaline, blue powder consisting of a blend of alkaline salts, inhibitors, wetting agents, penetrants and emulsifiers.
It is safe to use on aluminum, tin, tin oxide and galvanized surfaces at the recommended using concentrations, as well as on stainless steel, iron, plastic, rubber and most painted surfaces.
HOW TO USE IT:
These concentrations are suggested. Specific concentrations must be determined by application.
SPRAY WASHERS: Use at concentrations from 3/4-2 oz./gal, temperature of 120ºF-160ºF.
SOAKER TANKS: Use at 3-4 oz./gal. for 160ºF-200ºF temperature ranges. Using concentration and soak time depend on carbon and soil build-up.
GENERAL FOOD PLANTS: Safe and effective as a general cleaner and soaker cleaner for all equipment in all food, meat, poultry and fish plant operations. Use 1 to 4 oz/gal. in warm water. Stir to dissolve.

Alkaline powder - Do not swallow. Avoid contact with eyes or prolonged contact with skin. For skin contact flush with water. For eye contact, flush with clean water for 1 5 minutes.
